We want you to love your Waterdrop experience, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened items within 30 days of delivery. For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or consumed.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unopened products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
